When Sandray found a photo of Jasmine, a blind, chimeric cat on the “Freak the Mighty Kitties” page, she felt immediately drawn to adopt her. However, she hesitated because Jasmine seemed timid and scared of people. But something inside her wanted to give this unique cat a second chance.

“I immediately wanted to adopt her… as I providentially lived with a cat who had become blind with age,” Sandray expressed after seeing Jasmine’s photo on the page.

Jasmine, the blind stray cat, was malnourished and scared of people when she was found. But all it took was a little bit of love from her new mom, Sandray, to bring her out of her shell.

“Last time I went to Norman for a few days was to see my family and left her in the care of my brother. She was scared for my return because of the many days she spent with me,” Sandray recalled after coming back home to her beloved Jasmine.

Now, Jasmine loves kisses and cuddles, and she is very attached to her human mom, Sandray. Jasmine’s journey from darkness to love is a touching saga that proves the power of love and care in transforming a life.
