Poor mother dog was beaten with an iron rod when she tried to protect her baby… The female dog, mother of three puppies, was paralyzed from the waist down after being attacked by a man. We rushed there to save her and the puppies.

Four hours later, we learned of her condition and went to pick her up. She was still lying outside, unable to move, with her three children by her side.

The man used an iron rod to brutally beat the poor dog. The poor dog was paralyzed from the waist down. The attacker decided to teach her a “lesson” when she kicked her child out when he came to play with the puppies. Of course the child was not harmed in any way and it is normal for a mother to try to protect her child.

This poor bitch is no threat to anyone on the street… But the monster that brought her to this state poses a great threat not only to other animals but also to humans! The poor girl remained on the street for 4-5 hours until we discovered her condition and took her to the vet.

She showed absolutely no signs of aggression last night when she was picked up.

We named her Hope. Today Amal was taken for an X-ray and now we know she has damage to her 2nd and 3rd lumbar vertebrae. The vet has started spinal tap therapy and is confident that this will help her walk again.

As you can see, Amal is happy and enjoying life even when she can’t walk yet. Yesterday Amal took a small step and was able to maintain her weight for a few seconds.

Considering its condition, these are major improvements. She is always in good spirits and loves to be the center of attention. Things are getting better for Amal and that gives us hope.
