Witness the incredible transformation of an abandoned dog, thriving and finding new strength with the help of orthopedic boots, a tale of resilience and healing.

The heartwarming story of a rescue dog named Cupid (now known as ‘Q’) has touched the hearts of many. Q, a 6-month-old puppy, had a rough start in life and was found trying to survive in a landfill in Toronto, Canada. The Dog Rescuers, Inc., a nonprofit group, rescued him from this heartless and unwarranted act.

Q was born without limbs, a rare case, and it appears to be due to a genetic problem rather than abuse. After his rescue, many internet users started searching for him, and soon Q became a favorite of many people.

Thanks to the spread of his case, a Toronto-based company called Pawsability decided to donate a pair of custom-designed prosthetics for Q. These prosthetics will help him learn to walk on his forelegs. Since he has never experienced walking on his forelegs before, a pair of small skis has been placed to facilitate his training.

Q has a whole team supporting his training and progress and is doing better every day. He has found a loving home with a woman named Linda, who is now his doting parent. Q enjoys a great life with his canine siblings, summers swimming in the lake, and the love and care of his mom and best friend, Linda.

Although his name has changed to ‘Q,’ he will always be known as Cupid because his story stole the hearts of many. His journey from a landfill to a loving home is a testament to the power of love and resilience.
